Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager, HVAC who owns paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will lead targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and client storytelling, acting as the strategic voice in conversations with clients.

This role emphasizes ROAS optimization and ongoing account growth. You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on multi-location HVAC businesses, and you will work remotely with US, Canada, Latin America or South Africa

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
