Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Manager (HVAC) to own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative on calls, acting as the strategic voice for campaigns. Remote role with Canada, South Africa or USA coverage and a full-time commitment.

You will drive growth through proactive bidding, testing, and attribution, while maintaining long-term client relationships andUpsell opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
