My Financing USA in Louisville, KY, is seeking an experienced PPC Strategist to own and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This role builds, manages, and optimizes campaigns daily, owns conversion tracking with GA4/GTM, and uses AI tools to test copy at scale.

You will collaborate with marketing and web teams, monitor CPL and ROAS targets, and report weekly on performance. A 5+ year PPC track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Expert-level command of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Deep knowledge of keyword strategy, Smart Bidding, and audience targeting.
• Experience with Performance Max, RSAs, and offline conversion imports.
• Experience using AI tools to build and test ad copy at scale.
• Proficient with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Strong in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, pivots, and reporting.
• Google Ads certification preferred.

Job Summary:

The PPC Strategist owns the paid search program on Goo gle Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving qualified leads at a profitable cost per lead. This role builds, manages, and optimizes campaigns daily, owns conversion tracking so every lead ties back to its source, and uses AI tools to test more and move faster. The Strategist works closely with the marketing and web teams to keep search aligned with landing pages and offers, recommends budget shifts, and reports against cost-per-lead and ROAS targets.

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns daily.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on PPC experience
• Financial services or lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
• Proven record of scaling paid search performance and reducing cost per lead.

Work Environment:

This marketing position collaborates closely with content creators, web developers, and the digital marketing team. It involves working in an office environment and may require occasional travel for industry conferences or team meetings, including the ability to lift items up to 30 pounds.
