Job summary

Quantech is seeking a senior financial management professional to provide end-to-end support for PPBE budgeting, financial analysis, and execution across O&M, RDT&E, and Procurement funds. The role requires deep expertise in DoD budgeting processes and extensive use of CCaR and other government systems.

Ideal candidates will have at least 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, a Bachelor's degree, and active security clearance (Top Secret preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in the field of financial management and budget analysis and be a recognized expert in the field
• Certification requirements: Must possess active Secret security clearance. Top Secret clearance preferred
• Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master’s preferred

Responsibilities

• Duties: Provide financial management services for the client: Budget Integration – Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution
• Budget Integration – Commitment/Obligation/Expenditure Reconciliation
• Perform Commitment/Obligation/Expenditure Reconciliation
• Analyze data from various Government accounting systems and Program Contractor inputs/reports to support training; data collection; documentation; reconciliation of current, prior and canceling year budgets; and budget execution
• Assist with all recurring and non-recurring financial reviews to ensure unliquidated obligations are recorded; in the proper stage of accounting; valid and correct; dormant/not dormant; and ensure documentation exists to support the recording of the obligations and commitments.
