Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking an analyst to provide hands-on support across the PPBE cycle, analyzing budget data and developing detailed financial documentation. The role involves working with program managers to ensure fiscal accountability and compliance, with duties spanning data gathering, exhibits, and cost analysis.

The candidate will independently perform the full range of responsibilities with minimal day-to-day instruction, in a demanding government contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoW or other government PPBE process.
• Experience with budget formulation and development of IPBS/CBJB documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, maintain, review, and analyze program and budget data and requirements.
• Support the development and publication of budget exhibits for IPBS/CBJB and IPBR/CJB.
• Analyze complex budget data to identify trends and report on financial health.
• Support the development of government budget submissions (e.g., POM, BES) and prepare budget exhibits.
• Manage and track program budget execution and prepare reports on financial performance for government.
