Zusammenfassung

JLG, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a PPAP Coordinator to manage the Production Part Approval Process for new and modified components. You will ensure compliance with AIAG, customers, and internal standards while coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to support product launches and production readiness.

You will review submissions, validate GD&T, PFMEA, control plans, and documentation, and drive timely corrective actions to improve first-pass yield and quality across programs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in quality, supplier quality, or PPAP coordination.
• Working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Experience reviewing dimensional reports, certifications, and process validation data.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality/document management systems.

Aufgaben

• Review and approve supplier PPAP submissions for completeness and compliance with AIAG and customer requirements.
• Validate dimensional results, GD&T, control plans, PFMEA, MSA, material certifications, and performance testing.
• Ensure alignment to design records, print notes, and critical characteristics.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve documentation gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Track PPAP status and escalate risks to support NPI, ECNs, and production readiness.
• Prepare and issue PSW and approval documentation.
• Maintain accurate PPAP records and revision control.
• Support launch readiness, APQP activities, and design/process reviews.
• Review capability studies, Gage R&R, and process validation documentation.
• Support interim approvals and manage supplier resubmissions.
• Participate in audits related to PPAP compliance.
• Drive improvement in PPAP first-pass yield and reduce submission errors.
