Job summary

Dana, a global leader in driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, is seeking an experienced Quality/PPAP professional to lead PPAP submissions, APQP activities, and process validation initiatives in our manufacturing environment. The role focuses on APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, and CQI audits to ensure robust product launches and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Support PPAP submissions and APQP activities for automotive products.
• Experience with FMEA, Control Plans, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Demonstrated competence in quality-related statistical methods and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead PPAP packages development, review, submission, and approval.
• Support APQP activities throughout product lifecycle and launch readiness.
• Develop and maintain PFMEA, control plans, and capability studies.
• Lead MSA/GR&R and calibration‑related support activities.
• Interface with customers on PPAP approvals and launch issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and support supplier PPAP approvals and actions.
• Contribute to audits and ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and standards.
