Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, automotive engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to plan calibration activities and vehicle evaluations.
• Proficiency with INCA/CANape or similar calibration tools.
• 3+ years of experience in vehicle or powertrain calibration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Bench and Vehicle Evaluations to assess system performance and calibration opportunities.
• Perform Software Calibration of Powertrain and Thermal Systems (Transmission, Inverter, Battery, Energy Management, Thermal Management, Cabin Controls).
• Support Vehicle and Powertrain Controller Software Calibration Development.
• Plan calibration activities and vehicle evaluations to meet milestones.
• Set up and maintain calibration tools and equipment for accurate testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project requirements and standards.
• Document calibration procedures, results, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage calibration projects within predefined budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
