Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and statistics is required.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dynamometer testing and provide status updates.
• Monitor tests to maintain stringent product quality and durability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of mechanical/electrical/software issues (including PUMA).
• Develop test cycles using AVL PUMA software and integrate models to simulate real-world behavior.
• Ensure data accuracy and correlation across test cells using SPC and quality tools.
