Qualifications

• 8+ yrs experience required.
• Automotive manufacturing, vehicle integration, propulsion systems, or production support.
• Hardware/software/calibration release and integration knowledge.
• Lead structured problem solving across multiple functions.
• Strong communication, organization, escalation and decision-making.
• On-site work at Sterling Heights Assembly Plant; willingness to support outside hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-plant integration of PRS components, software and calibrations; align hardware, software, and build timing.
• Organize PRS triage with clear problem statements, owners, containment actions and closure criteria.
• Represent propulsion for rolls testing, EOL activities and audits; drive resolution.
• Coordinate propulsion part sign-off at execution builds; verify pedigree, fit, function and disposition.
• Coordinate plant flash-station software and calibration integration and release timing.
• Coordinate plant PER activity with engineering support and follow-up actions.
• Drive RMS/TEQ issue resolution across supplier quality, manufacturing and engineering.
• Ensure MLM and production control alignment for part readiness and build timing.
• Coordinate engineering engagement at the plant; align resources and maintain stakeholder communication.
