Job summary
YOH Services LLC is seeking a Software Technical Program Manager for Powertrain and Motion Controls in Palo Alto, CA. This role drives complex automotive software programs, scopes work, plans requirements, and communicates progress to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive powertrain systems and motion controls, excellent project management skills, and experience delivering with OEMs in fast-paced environments. Cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, CS, or related field.
- 5+ years of program management in automotive powertrain software.
- Experience with OEM launches and vehicle motion controls.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineers to establish feature delivery roadmaps and milestones.
- Lead sprint planning, track progress, and report status to management.
- Manage resources, identify risks, and secure required assets.
- Prioritize work and resolve roadblocks to meet timelines.
