Yoh Services LLC in Palo Alto is seeking a Software Technical Program Manager for Powertrain to drive complex powertrain software programs from planning through delivery. You will coordinate with controls, systems, and integration engineers to align feature roadmaps and milestones, while ensuring DV plans and resource needs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years program management experience, with focus on automotive powertrain systems software development, verification and validation, or quality assurance.
• Product launch experience with a vehicle OEM in systems, software, or testing.
• Experience with automotive powertrain systems is required.
• Experience working with vehicle motion controls.
• Experience working with vehicle diagnostics.
• Experience with Agile Methodology, CI/CD is required.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate feature delivery roadmaps with controls, systems, and integration engineers and tie key deliverables to milestones.
• Work cross‑functionally to ensure torque controls development plans meet end‑user needs and DV test plans.
• Coordinate prototype vehicle and test asset allocation; ensure engineers have resources when needed.
• Lead sprint planning sessions and organize the engineering task workflow.
• Track sprint actions and progress; report status and escalate as needed.
• Assess team workload and vocalize resource gaps to engineering management.
• Prioritize work tasks and ensure steady team progress.
• Set the overall sprint timeline and resolve blockers.
