Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an engineer to design powertrain, differential, cradle, EDM, and body mounts, ensuring robust performance from concept to vehicle launch. You will lead CAE analyses, drive FMEA, and own design integrity through development.

You will work with NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, Integration, and CAE teams to validate concepts, track milestones with KPIs, and push for efficient, cost-aware solutions. A BS in ME is required, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• 1–3 years of direct experience in chassis powertrain mount design and product development.
• Structured problem-solving methods (e.g., Red-X, 8D) and robust design principles.

Responsibilities

• Own complete component design, FMEA creation, and CAE analyses.
• Collaborate with NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, Integration, Stress Lab and CAE to validate designs.
• Monitor project deliverables using KPIs and Cost/Weight/Investment targets.
• Set performance targets, identify gaps to requirements, and lead root-cause problem solving.
