Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in engineering or manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to travel 21–40%.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven data analysis and root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and maintain production processes for equipment functionality.
• Support NM/NNM powertrain programs including site prep and machine install.
• Assess process changes and cost studies.
• Drive standardization across plants.
• Participate in SIS deployment and root-cause analysis.
