Job summary

You will plan, organize, and monitor North American powertrain field tests and coordinate customer and dealer interfaces to ensure correct component installation and maintenance.

The role involves up to 30% travel to work with customers and service dealers at their sites, with on-call support for issues during off-shift hours.

• Leads and participates in data collection, field testing, and development of test methodologies.
• Prepares and presents reports, results, conclusions, and recommendations to management.
• Fosters strong communication across departments and with management.
