Lucid Motors is seeking a highly technical Manager, Field Quality - Powertrain to lead the Powertrain Field Quality team, owning field investigations, containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action verification. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on problem solving across EV powertrain systems.

The successful candidate will drive cross-functional governance, develop field quality processes, and improve reliability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field quality teams.
• Deep EV powertrain knowledge with hands-on diagnostics.
• Ability to manage complex investigations and drive corrective actions.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of field issues from detection to verified closure.
• Lead root cause governance for HV battery systems, drive units, and thermal management.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and Warranty.
