Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a highly technical Manager, Vehicle Field Quality to lead a team focused on customer issues and corrective actions across multiple vehicle systems. You will drive issue detection, containment, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes while coordinating with Service, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams globally.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive experience with complete-vehicle systems, and a proven ability to balance specialist ownership with whole-vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Systems, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in automotive field quality, vehicle engineering, reliability, diagnostics, or related.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and cross-functional problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of complete-vehicle systems and their interactions (body, chassis, interior, electrical, software, ADAS).
• Experience with warranty data, service records, diagnostics, and field issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop an assigned team of Vehicle Field Quality Engineers.
• Provide leadership coverage for urgent escalations and cross-functional decision-making.
• Own field-quality performance for assigned vehicle systems and ensure clear ownership across teams.
