Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Project Cost Performance Specialist – Powertrain in Auburn Hills, Michigan. In this full-time role, you will oversee the forecasting of total production costs and track TPC to support project goals and profitability. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has a minimum of 5 years in budgeting, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with automotive production processes. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in forecasting/budgeting.
• Familiarity with finance concepts and automotive technology.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecast Total Production Cost consolidation from intention milestone to SOP.
• Conduct recurrent stakeholders’ meetings to monitor and support decisions.
• Support financial assessments led by the Economic Advice and Profitability team.

Powertrain/Vehicle Cost Experience

Teamworking

English fluency (B2 or higher)

Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

Ability to manipulate and analyze large volume sets

Education
