Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services in North America seeks a Powertrain Cost Program Manager (PCPM) to lead commercial cost initiatives for a specific Powertrain, interfacing with Brand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing to drive savings and cost recovery, improving Total Production Cost.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of purchasing or cost experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Qlik Sense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or related field (ABET accredited).
• Minimum of 8 years of purchasing experience or cost/sourcing exposure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent negotiation skills with strategic thinking.
• Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with all management levels.
• Deep understanding of Group Purchasing processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and Qlik Sense.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing engagement in cross functional forums related to cost.
• Manage commercial cost savings activities across internal stakeholders.
• Drive and manage cost recovery actions for engine/transmission cost areas.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to mitigate cost increase risks and impact.
• Governance reporting related to Total Production Cost (TPC) for powertrain.
• Document cost savings initiatives in the MCM database from idea to implementation.
• Monitor and report cost impacts (Implemented, In-process, Forecast) for assigned powertrain.
• Consolidate system should-cost gap closures at vehicle level.
• Coordinate TPC Warrior Room Report outs.
