Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a North America Powertrain Cost Program Manager to lead commercial cost initiatives for a specific powertrain, coordinating across Brand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Purchasing. The role drives cost savings, mitigates cost increases, and enables cost recovery to improve Total Production Cost (TPC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field (ABET accredited) required.
• 8+ years of relevant purchasing experience or equivalent exposure to cost and sourcing processes; strong negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing engagement in cross functional forums related to cost.
• Manage cost savings activities across internal stakeholders (Brand, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing).
• Drive cost recovery actions for specific engine/transmission costs and risks.
• Monitor and report commercial cost impacts (Implemented, In-process, Forecast) for the powertrain.
