Job summary

Ford's Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) seeks a dynamic Assembly Supervisor to lead engineering teams delivering Engine, Transmission, and Axle programs across North America. You will drive program launches from concept to implementation, partnering with Manufacturing Strategy, Product Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timing.

You'll coach and mentor your team, foster a safe, high-performing culture, and champion continuous improvement on the plant floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 10 years of manufacturing experience in Assembly process engineering and New Programs / Launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team to design, build and implement powertrain programs for Engine, Transmission and Axle in NA facilities.
• Ensure on-time, quality-driven equipment installation and readiness; manage program delivery timing.
