Ford Motor Company’s Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering team seeks a Test Engineering Supervisor to lead teams delivering test equipment for ICE, electric, and hybrid powertrains across North America. You will drive program launches from concept to implementation and partner with Manufacturing Strategy, Product Engineering and Suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience in Assembly & Test processes.
• Data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team to design, build and implement test equipment for future model powertrain programs for ICE, Electric and Hybrid powertrains.
• Plan for and meet program delivery timing ensuring robust and quality-driven equipment installation and readiness.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Strategy and Product Engineering to meet investment and timing requirements; partner with Purchasing and OEM Suppliers for pricing and processes.
• Drive QA and Continuous Improvement activities to improve equipment and processes.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a safe and high-performing culture.
