Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports 59 in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume service team. You will diagnose, repair, and customize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs, work flat-rate, and collaborate with service writers to ensure accurate work orders.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on powersports experience, owns a full toolset, holds a motorcycle license, and can pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on Powersports experience with diagnostics, teardown and rebuild work.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; troubleshoot without sole reliance on scan tools.
• Flat-rate environment with consistent productivity expectations.
• Familiar with OEM service procedures; own or acquire a complete tool set within 60 days.
• Valid motorcycle license; pass background, drug test, and MVR checks.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and customize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs.
• Complete flat-rate work efficiently; flag issues early to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with service writers to ensure accurate work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bay and shop.
• Stay current with OEM training and certifications.
• Deliver every unit in better shape than arrived.
• Help maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring first-time quality.
