Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports Southwest in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our fast-paced, high-volume service team. You should know your way around engines, take pride in clean work, and contribute to a shop that values craftsmanship and hustle.

Responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs; work efficiently in a flat-rate environment; stay current with OEM training; and help maintain customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as a technician in powersports, marine, or aviation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting without relying solely on scan tools.
• Working in a flat-rate environment with consistent productivity.
• Familiarity with OEM service procedures and certifications (Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, etc.) preferred.
• Must own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire.
• Valid motorcycle license required for test rides, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, MVR).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs.
• Complete flat-rate work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with service writers to ensure smooth communication and accurate work orders.
• Keep your bay and shop clean, organized, and professional.
• Stay current with OEM training and certifications — we invest in keeping you sharp.
• Deliver every unit in better shape than it arrived.
• Help maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are done right the first time.
