Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports South in La Marque, TX, part of Sonic Automotive, seeks a skilled Powersports Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume service team. You diagnose, repair, and customize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs.

Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience, own tools, and a valid motorcycle license. We offer a flat-rate pay plan ($75k–$125k+), up to $10k sign-on, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and premium-free medical after year one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in Powersports, marine, or aviation with diagnostics and engine teardown.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs.
• Complete flat-rate work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with service writers to ensure accurate work orders and smooth communication.
• Keep the bay and shop clean, organized, and professional.
• Stay current with OEM training and certifications.
