Job summary

Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway is seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join a fast-paced, high-volume service team in Houston, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and customize motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs, while maintaining a clean, professional shop and delivering units in better condition than they arrived.

Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in powersports with diagnostic, teardown, and rebuild work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as a powersports/marine/aviation technician including diagnostics, teardown and rebuild work.
• Own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire.
• Valid motorcycle license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, MVR).
• Familiarity with OEM certifications and service procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specs.
• Complete flat-rate work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with service writers to ensure smooth communication and accurate work orders.
• Keep your bay and shop clean, organized, and professional.
• Stay current with OEM training and certifications — we invest in keeping you sharp.
• Deliver every unit in better shape than it arrived.
• Help maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are done right the first time.
