Young Automotive Group is actively hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels to join our Young Powersports Idaho Falls location. If you're a motorcycle, ATV, or UTV technician, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Technician or mechanic; ASE Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostics and repair knowledge for powersports and vehicles.
• Ability to work quickly in a team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (based on experience level).
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections.
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level).
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
