Young Automotive Group is hiring Powersports Sales Consultants at Young Powersports XL in Centerville, Utah. If you’re passionate about powersports, customer service, and a fast-paced retail setting, this is a great entry-level opportunity with paid training and ongoing support.

As a full-time team member, you’ll assist customers in selecting units, build relationships, learn trends and financing options, and strive to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be a Powersports Enthusiast.
• Previous experience in powersports sales or retail is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
