Job summary

YoungPowersports of Idaho Falls is seeking a friendly Powersports Lot Technician to keep the lot organized, assist with inventory, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role involves vehicle preparation for delivery, tracking inventory movements, and upholding safety standards. This full-time position offers on-site benefits, employee pricing, and growth opportunities within the Young Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and keep a clean, inviting dealership environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Motorcycle endorsement is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lot Management: Keep the lot organized, clean, and well-maintained.
• Ensure that all vehicles are properly displayed and secured.
• Vehicle Preparation: assist with the preparation of new and used units for delivery (washing/fueling, basic inspections).
• Inventory Support: help with intake and processing of new inventory.
• Assist in tracking and documenting vehicle movements.
• Customer Assistance: provide a friendly presence and direct inquiries to sales or service staff.
• Safety and Compliance: follow safety protocols and dealership policies.
