Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management and customer service experience in retail.
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team.
• Experience with RetailPro POS and MS Excel.
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for the riding community.
• Motorcycle enthusiasm strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Share responsibility for managing the store team and achieving sales goals.
• Provide training, lead by example, and communicate sales targets.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with store operations (opening/closing, returns, special orders, task delegation).
