Job summary

Comoto Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Key Holder for our Cycle Gear team. You will be a sales leader, delivering a top-notch shopping experience while maintaining product knowledge and store operations.

You’ll work with a friendly team to meet daily sales goals and participate in events that engage riders in our community. This role offers an hourly base pay with an uncapped tiered commission, part-time or full-time positions, and benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience or equivalent retail role.
• 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter attitude delivering an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
• Open mindset eager to learn and engage with the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with a great experience and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing, returns/store credit, and task delegation.
• Lead to achieve daily sales objectives and uphold brand standards.
• Maintain store aesthetics, merchandise plans, and up-to-date product information.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and collaborate with teammates.
