Job summary

Young Automotive Group's Missoula dealership, Young Grizzly Harley-Davidson / Powersports, is hiring a Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• A passion for Powersports and growth.
• Sales skills & experience preferred.
• History of solid employment with good references.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Experience with brands like Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Beta, Husqvarna is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information.
• Accurately document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and additional service needs.
• Provide clear estimates for labor and parts, obtaining approval for any additional repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of updates, timelines, and costs.
• Explain completed repairs and review all charges with customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, pricing guides, and department forms.
• Handle customer phone inquiries and help ensure a high-quality service experience that minimizes repeat repairs.
