Job summary

Young Powersports is hiring Harley-Davidson Technicians of all experience levels to join our Missoula, Montana team. In this fast-paced, well-equipped shop, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, with access to manufacturer training and our internal training team to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technician or mechanic.
• Understanding of diagnostic and repair processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections.
• Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level).
• Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and automotive technologypreferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check
