Shoals Outdoor Sports in Tuscumbia, AL is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our busy parts and service team. You will greet customers, document vehicle concerns, coordinate with mechanics, present service options, schedule drop-offs and pickups, and ensure accurate billing.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, excellent communication, strong organization, and a proven history of customer service.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers and documenting vehicle concerns
• Consulting with mechanics on repairs and alternatives
• Explaining products and services to customers
• Scheduling appointments and managing drop-off/pick-up
• Explaining warranty coverage and maintenance needs
• Coordinating with service department staff and technicians
• Checking parts availability and ordering parts when needed
• Submitting warranty/extended warranty approvals

Responsibilities
