Responsibilities

• Manage all service and accessory work requested by the sales department.
• Coordinate custom builds, upgrades, accessory installations, inspections, and repairs.
• Open, maintain, and close internal repair orders accurately.
• Ensure parts, accessories, labor, pricing, and documentation are properly assigned.
• Work with sales managers, parts personnel, technicians, and service management.
• Prioritize sold units, deliveries, and sales-floor inventory.
