Job summary

Young Powersports of Morgan is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. You will act as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication and a positive repair experience for every vehicle.

This full-time role requires strong people skills, automotive knowledge, and a commitment to exceptional service. You will schedule appointments, document concerns, prepare estimates, and keep customers informed from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Powersports enthusiast with a drive for growth.
• Sales skills and customer service experience.
• Solid employment history with good references.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Experience with Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Polaris, Beta, Husqvarna preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and gather customer and vehicle information.
• Accurately document customer concerns and prepare repair orders.
• Advise customers on recommended maintenance and additional service needs.
• Provide clear estimates for labor and parts, obtaining approval for any additional repairs.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed of updates, timelines, and costs.
• Explain completed repairs and review all charges with customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, pricing guides, and department forms.
• Handle customer phone inquiries and help ensure a high-quality service experience.
