Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is hiring outbound sales call specialists at Young Powersports Pleasant View. This role focuses on making outbound calls, promoting packages, and scheduling appointments for the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

You'll use CRM tools, deliver excellent customer service, and strive to meet sales goals while benefiting from a family-owned, people-first culture and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a call center environment preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using technology and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
