Timbrook Honda of Winchester is seeking a motivated Powersports Salesperson in Winchester, VA. If you love motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or the powersports lifestyle, you’ll help customers find the perfect machine and build lasting relationships.

This full-time role focuses on guiding buyers through the sales process, explaining financing options, and delivering an outstanding showroom experience. Prior sales experience is preferred; motorcycle endorsement or willingness to obtain one within 90 days

Qualifications

• At least some sales experience; powersports or automotive background preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to guide customers through the sales process.
• Goal-oriented, motivated, and self-driven.
• Basic knowledge of financing and dealership systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must hold a motorcycle endorsement or be willing to obtain one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right powersports vehicles and accessories for their needs.
• Build strong relationships with new and returning customers.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Demonstrate product features and explain financing and protection options.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and attractive vehicle displays.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, promotions, and new models.
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
