Job summary

Moto United in Draper, Utah is hiring a Parts, Garment & Accessories Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service for parts and accessories. You will assist customers in selecting the right items, guide them through upselling opportunities, and manage transactions with accuracy.

The role requires strong product knowledge, reliable attendance, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced showroom environment. Prior experience with LightSpeed is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for powersports and extensive knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (LightSpeed or similar).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory and orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to parts and accessories customers, in person or by phone.
• Answer calls promptly and avoid long holds.
• Help customers identify correct parts and accessories.
• Upsell and suggest related items (aim for at least two items per ticket).
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper cashiering.
• Keep showroom and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with inventory management and stock receiving.
