Job summary

MotoSport.com is seeking a part-time Parts and Accessories Associate/Sr. Parts Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service to walk-in and phone customers while supporting the parts department operations.

Ideal candidates have a customer‑first mindset, at least six months of service experience, and basic mechanical knowledge of powersports vehicles or gear. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet in a loud environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Clear communication and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts and accessories.
• Process part requests from service department and stock shipments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with special orders.
• Support day‑to‑day operations in the parts department and report to Parts Manager.
