Qualifications

• Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent.
• Current motorcycle license.
• Own a set of tools within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled time, when possible.
• Notify Service Writer/Manager of delays or additional work needed.
• Assist with writing work orders, customer communication, test riding, or other issues for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organize work areas; support others.
• Maintain technical qualifications through training assigned by the Service Manager.
