Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Austin is seeking an Inventory Specialist to capture high-quality vehicle photos, create accurate online descriptions, and manage inventory for online and in-store displays. You will coordinate staging for deliveries and support marketing campaigns while ensuring smooth collaboration with Service and Parts teams.

The role requires a clean driving record, comfort with motorcycles up to 850 lbs, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to operate motorcycles weighing up to 850 lbs.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Gmail across multiple software systems.
• Detail oriented in a high volume, high urgency environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build good working relationships with coworkers and vendors.
• Familiarity with powersports vehicles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take quality photos of all vehicles for digital merchandising on the dealership's website.
• Add units to website with descriptions.
• Generate QR/Barcode labels for all vehicles.
• Prep and stage units for customer deliveries.
• Display store marketing campaigns and hang tags.
• Manage social media videos and platforms.
