Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Georgetown is seeking an Inventory Manager to ensure accurate stock, support reconditioning, and maintain efficient operations at a high-volume powersports dealership.

You will handle labeling, logging, and photograph vehicles while coordinating with Service and Parts teams to keep the new facility running smoothly. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with valid license.
• Ability to safely move and operate motorcycles (850+ lbs fully dressed).
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Gmail; comfortable navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Stock vehicles in and create QR/Barcode labels.
• Purchase and manage used inventory.
• Update daily logs with vehicle status and disposition.
• Coordinate with Service and Parts departments during reconditioning stages.
• Analyze and audit vehicle logs/reports for accuracy.
• Gather and stage vehicles for shipment; arrange transport.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits including VIN checks.
• Photograph units and upload images to company site.
• Perform other duties to keep the facility operating smoothly.
