Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Austin, TX is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our growing team. You will handle incoming shipments, verify contents, log data, and ensure accurate stocking in designated areas.

You will update the inventory system in real time, coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, and participate in cycle counts while supporting the parts counter and service staff. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks comfortably.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move through dealership safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and log incoming shipments of parts and accessories.
• Ensure products are stocked in designated bins and storage areas.
• Maintain real-time inventory data in the system.
• Coordinate outbound shipments following carrier instructions.
• Participate in scheduled physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Support parts counter and service team as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and general parts department operations.
