Responsibilities

• Proactive Lead Follow-Up: Proactively and persistently engage inbound digital leads, web inquiries, and phone calls using a high-velocity, multi-touch communication strategy to maximize contact rates.
• Drive & Secure Kept Appointments: Schedule, confirm, and prepare prospective buyers for showroom visits and test rides, maintaining a strong emphasis on driving higher kept-appointment conversion rates.
• Hit Sales Goals & Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas, kept-appointment benchmarks, and KPIs set by dealership management.
• Maintain CRM & Pipeline Accuracy: Meticulously manage and update customer profiles, lead statuses, communication logs, and sales pipeline tracking in real time within the dealership CRM.
• Product & Inventory Mastery: Develop in-depth knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, specs, financing options, and promotional incentives to effectively advise customers.
• Cross-Department Alignment: Work seamlessly with showroom sales managers, finance managers, and inventory teams to execute smooth customer hand-offs and maximize overall sales conversion.
