Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail sales or related role.

Responsibilities

• Make 80 outbound calls per day to prospects.
• Follow Adventure Lifestyle scripts for calls and chats.
• Identify primary purchasing concerns and ask targeted questions.
• Record and track all customer interactions.
• Respond to sales opportunities promptly and follow up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory to drive purchases.
• Utilize CRM and MS Office tools for daily tasks.
