Qualifications

• Previous finance, automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or high-level sales experience preferred.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and income-driven mindset.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours.
• Passion for powersports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present financing and protection product options to customers.
• Structure and submit loan applications to multiple lenders.
• Maximize every deal through finance and insurance product offerings (warranties, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.).
• Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
• Maintain compliance with all dealership, lender, and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused finance experience.
