Qualifications

• BSEE or related technical field required.
• Minimum 2+ years electrical design experience in powersports, automotive, or mobile equipment.
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling, wire harness routing, and electrical schematic software.
• Knowledge of FTA/FMEA, tolerance stack‑ups, and testing standards.
• Demonstrated hands-on problem solving for off-road electronics.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD electrical layouts, wire harness routings, and 2D schematic drawings.
• Establish component cost targets and negotiate with suppliers to optimize part economics.
• Lead technical correlation meetings with design, testing, and manufacturing assembly teams.
