• Maintains total P&L and financial accountability; analyzes KPIs, operational metrics, and local market conditions to adapt strategy, maximize net store profitability, and exceed revenue targets.
• Partners with Regional Operations leadership to align store performance plans with broader corporate objectives.
• Oversees day-to-day facility management, physical asset security, showroom presentation, and operational compliance.
