Job summary

Siemens Mobility is looking for a Field Application Engineer to support its PowerPro platform focused on power analysis and optimization. The role involves close collaboration with semiconductor customers and internal teams. You will define strategies, lead demonstrations, and provide technical support.

Candidates should have a strong background in digital design and scripting skills, ideally with experience in power tools. This position offers a hybrid work model with possible travel.

Qualifications

• Up to 20% travel may be required.
• Customer-facing experience (FAE/AE) is preferred.
• Exposure to advanced SoC designs and nodes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to define and execute technical strategies.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Support deployment and adoption of PowerPro.

Skills

Knowledge of digital design, synthesis, and verification flows

Experience with RTL power analysis and optimization methodologies

Scripting skills (Tcl, Python)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Education

BS/MS in EE, CS, or related field

Tools

Power tools (e.g., PrimePower, PowerArtist)
